How to get yourself on a regular SWT Lothians MC events reminder list by joining Yahoo but without being sucked into some dreadful chatty thing that wants to be your very best new friend.

First you will need to sign up to Yahoo groups, it will need your name, gender and email address but not much else.

When you are ready, click this link.  http://groups.yahoo.com/   It will bring up the Yahoo page where you can sign up. 

(top of the page, New user, Sign up)

It will ask for your details, only put in what you are happy to put in, but  it will need your name and email address.

You can get it to send reminders to your usual email address rather than a Yahoo one, and I'll tell you how to do that when I've remembered but you will probably work it out, I did.             

The group you want to join is Lothian Wildlife, if you fill that into the search box then it will bring up a page that explains a bit, (ignore the SWT group mentioned). There's a "join this group" button which you will need to click to start up your subscription
